Interlakes Campground - Peter Lougheed Provincial Park
Peter Lougheed Provincial Park must be the nicest park I've camped at in the Canadian Rockies. We stayed at the Interlakes Campground. It rained on our second day but overall the trip was just alright.
For this camping trip, we planned to scramble up Mt. Indefatigable, but the trail was currently closed for bear protection. We ended up only hiking on the Canadian Mt. Everest Expedition Interpretive Trail and part of the Upper Lake Circuit. The view at the Upper Lake Circuit trail was breathtaking. It is definitely worth coming back for more visits.
