Camping in Wheatley Provincial Park

Here's my daughter enjoying the clear water of Lake Erie. This would be our first time being on this lake, and there was no disappointment whatsoever.

Enjoying Lake Erie in Wheatley Provincial Park
This is a great kids-friendly family park, and one of the nicest I've camped at. The staff were very friendly and seemed to be constantly on the move to improve and maintain the park.

Our campsite here was at #182 in Two Creeks Campground. It is by a large creek and so it was windy. The privacy issue here would be directed to the back of the campsite, where our site seems to connect to our neighbors. Our neighbors at #184 had to park their car at the 'connection' to block their site from our prying eyes. #184 actually has better privacy than our #182.

There's a bridge to access the nearby beach from the campground and it was fairly close as well.

The Playset by the beach was large and very nice. There was a warden checking the unit for safety when we were there and that was comforting to see. There was also a smaller size playset beside the shower area with an added family sized sandbox.
