Sagada · Bomod-Ok Falls · Baguio
I've heard a lot of good things about Sagada, and so I was expecting too much from it. It was a unique laid back town.
For this trip, we went for a hike to Bomod-ok Falls, a stroll to the Echo Valley to see the hanging coffins, and a walk about in the Demang Village.
We checked in at Greenhouse Inn.
Note: Get a Sagada map (P10 - P50). Get your cash in Bontoc. There are no ATM machines in Sagada.

Bus from Banaue to Bontoc, Philippines Location: North-West of Banaue, West of Bontoc.
How To Get There: From Banaue , we waited on the main road by the Banaue/Baguio bus terminal. Busses to Bontoc pass by here 4 times a day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. No exact times of arrival so we just waited. We caught the bus at 12:30pm - P100/p to Bontoc, around 2-hr ride on rough mountain cliffy side road. At the last bus stop, jeepneys there line up for Sagada Trip - P35/p, for about an our ride. Last trip is at 5pm, and jeepneys leave when full.

When I finally caught the bus to Bontoc after a long wait, it took me another 4 hours to get there. The bus was going so slow. What gives?
